The Committee on Finance moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:

 Eng. Com. Sub. for S. B. 945 -- “A BILL to amend and reenact §15-1J-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the state Adjutant General to pay any furloughed employees during the period of a federal government shutdown, furlough, or similar action once federal funds are received for that period.”.
